Can I buy bags in bulk?
Absolutely. Many of our long-time customers make bulk purchases a few times a year that last them for longer periods of time. This also ensures that you never run out of bags. How awful that would be! We do offer special rates on orders of over 3,000 bags, so contact us at thevakshack@gmail.com to further discuss.
Do you ship international?
Of course we do! Simply e-mail us the quantity/sizes you would like to order and we will immediately send you an invoice reflecting the international shipping rates. We will always give you the best shipping rates, unless you specify otherwise!!
Will these bags work with my machine?
YES! These bags are GUARANTEED to work in all brands of at-home tabletop vacuum sealer machines.
I have a handheld sealer. Do you guys sell the bags with the little holes in them?
No. The bags we sell are sealed on 3 sides and the remaining 4th side must be sealed by a heat-seal bar.
Are these bags BPA free?
Yes.
Can these bags be Microwaved or Boiled?
Yes!
Are these Sous-Vide quality?
YES!
Where can I find tracking information?

I haven't received my order...Help!
Have you checked the tracking number and verified the status via USPS.com or UPS.com? If something seems wrong, please call us at 717-574-7563 and we will look into it immediately. When we ship usps Priority Mail it typically only takes 2-3 days for delivery. So if it's been longer than that please let us know!!! We'll take care of it ASAP.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship mostly Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days for delivery. This is standard unless otherwise specified! We can always expedite orders as needed. Sometimes it takes an extra day or so if you've ordered a machine. As always, check the tracking info!
How do I know if I have a chamber or non-chamber machine?
A chamber machine will require bags that are smooth on each side. Click here to see commercial chamber vacuum sealer bags.
